Grove Point Plantation

Grove Point Plantation is 10 minutes down the road form our house. Our friend Mike took me down there. There are a few ghost stories about that area. So wanting a little entertainment I had him take me there. While there I snapped some photos just for the heck of it. It was just him and I, the land has been vacant for a long time now.... Not even sure if the actual plantation house is still there but, the slave house is still barely standing. That is what we went to see. The plantation drive way is at the end of a dead end street and the land it's self is surrounded by marsh/bog land, So there is nothing and no one out there but us. The slave house is about a mile down the driveway, the house if still there is further back past the slave house. So below are a few pictures of the once slave house and some for the cool things that showed in the pictures.
